As soon as a recruitment need is identified, a detailed job posting is published on our website and the most popular recruitment sites. All received applications receive a confirmation email. A committee meets to create a shortlist of selected candidates. Selection is based on the following 5 criteria (5Ps):
- Candidate's Profile,
- Professional background and experiences,
- Personality (soft skills, values, commitment, interests, etc.),
- Potential and ability to progress and build a career within Experienciah,
- Performance and proven skills from previous experiences.
This process is carried out in full adherence to the principles of parity, diversity, and inclusion. The initial contact ensures the candidate's availability and suitability for the required profile.
The personality test measures the candidate's compatibility with the company's culture, ensuring successful integration and commitment to the success of the team they will join.
Following the recruitment interview and reference checks if necessary, a proposal is made to the selected candidate. Upon acceptance of the contract terms, the integration process begins.

Process duration

Depending on the position and candidate availability, the process can take between 2 & 8 weeks.

Compensation system

Each hotel has its own salary scale, which is applied to new hires and salary increases. In addition, a number of benefits are granted to employees as soon as they are hired (complementary mutual insurance and pension schemes, regular bonuses, meals on duty, transport for outlying units, etc.). Other benefits are also granted to managers, depending on their level of responsibility.

In addition, our eligible hotels offer a Service Charge for all non-managerial staff. Managers benefit from a bonus system, based on the performance of the unit to which they report.
